Leos played hosts to league leaders Barnsley on Saturday in what turned out to be a great advert for Yorkshire rugby.
The visitors were backed on by a large following of supporters who had made the trip to crag lane.
With the elements at their backs Barnsley had more of the territory and possession in the first half but a resolute and determined Leos defence limited the visitors to a well taken try on 35 minutes by winger Scott Hinchcliffe and went Barnsley into half time leading 5-0
The second half was a mirror of the first with Leos having more of the possession and deservedly drawing level with 15 minutes remaining on the clock when Tim Sleight went in at the corner.
Either side could have won the game but a draw was probably a fair result for two good teams.
Leos man of the match was unanimously awarded to Dave Barden.
